Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise-grade web applications using ReactJS and Python. Build scalable REST APIs and backend services supporting high-volume platforms. Develop secure, reusable, and responsive frontend components. Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries. Implement microservices and cloud-native architectures on Azure. Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and production support. Work closely with Platform Engineering, Observability, and Automation teams to deliver modernization initiatives.

Lead Observability Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Observability Engineer to design, implement, and scale enterprise observability solutions across multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AWS and Azure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud-native monitoring, centralized logging, telemetry, automation, and AIOps integrations. This role will lead the observability strategy, establish monitoring standards, and drive operational excellence across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native observability solutions across AWS and Azure environments. Build and manage reusable Terraform modules and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks to standardize deployments and accelerate cloud adoption. Implement enterprise-wide logging, monitoring, tracing, alerting, and telemetry solutions. Configure and manage Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS Config. Develop automated event collection, processing, routing, and notification mechanisms for operational monitoring and incident management. Establish monitoring standards, alerting frameworks, dashboards, and operational runbooks. Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, observability, and logging-related issues. Lead integration of observability platforms with enterprise AIOps and Service Management ecosystems. Evaluate and implement emerging observability technologies to improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. Mentor engineering teams and drive observability best practices across the organization.

Required Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

3+ years of experience working with AWS and Azure cloud platforms; 3+ years of experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; 3+ years of experience designing and operating cloud-native solutions.

2+ years of experience in automation and scripting using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.

Experience implementing enterprise monitoring, observability, logging, and operational excellence solutions.
